We're confident the Vibro Band will work for you or your child. That's why we offer a 100-night guarantee.
If the Vibro Band doesn't wake you or your child up, we'll refund you. Simple as that.
How It Works
Changed your mind?
Return it within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in original packaging, for a full refund.
Tried it and it doesn't work?
If the Vibro Band doesn't wake you or your child up, return it within 100 nights of delivery for a full refund. Product must be returned not damaged beyond normal use.
How To Return
- Email us at support@vibrobands.com with your order number
- We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours on weekdays
- Ship the product back to us
- Refund processed within 7 business days of receiving the return
Return shipping is your responsibility.
What's Not Covered
- Returns requested after 100 nights
- Products damaged beyond normal use
- Lost or stolen products
- Orders where the customer provided an incorrect shipping address
- Returns without proof of purchase
Refund Method
All refunds are returned to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
